The Importance of Exercise/JOIN ME IN your own RAW FOOD TRANSFORMATION

We all tend to run away from the word exercise.  If only most of society would run towards it instead we wouldn't have a problem with obesity  in a constant rise around the world and diabetes and other weight related ailments as well or even muscle and joint related illnesses like osteoporosis.

As we age we all know every move we make can become harder and harder and some tend not to do anything about it because they are to lazy or have procrastinated for so long that their bodies are to stiff to move regularly.  So instead they give up figure they will live the rest of their days in pain and suffering.

Now if you consider some of the older raw foodies on this fine planet you will see people that have literally stopped aging in it's tracks, are stronger then some people half there age and are mentally stronger and more spiritually aware then most, who are fit and thin, have actually caused hair to grow back and to actually get there hair color to return.  Some guys and gals living this way look 20yrs younger then they actually are and there bodies match that age.  Also the removal of pain associated with inflammation and other health issues has been attributed to the Raw Food Lifestyle.

Wouldn't you like a bit of the fountain of youth.  There is an easy way to become more youthful, happier in life, more driven, better in your relationship/marriage, full of love and understanding, and more guided along your life's plan.  Plus makes you more centered and spiritually connected if that is something you wold also like.

Do you not think detoxing your body and getting cleansed is important if you do not?.  Well many people including myself would beg to disagree with you look at the air we breath day in and day out, now look at the processed salt and sugar laden junk you have been putting in your body for the last few decades.  Now just imagine you have some of that sticking to your intestines and such.  You ask so well for one it could become cancerous, 2nd it could eat away at the wall of your intestines and then you would have to go under the knife and have some removal of your intestines.

Now just imagine if you were to get all of the junk out of your daily eating habits and into the gym or getting into a walking or hiking routine could help get all of your health back.  You ask how well it has been proven that jogging, walking, interval training, yoga, and weight training.  This  helps to move food through your bowels and such so by doing some exercise, eating right, and considering a colonic or enema  you decrease the chance of this crap staying in your body and decreasing your life expectancy.

SO TO ALL OF YOU WEIGHT CHALLENGED PEOPLE OR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO HEAL AND HELP THEMSELVES.   JOIN ME IN THIS JOURNEY ON A RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE ESPECIALLY YOU YOUNG PARENTS WHO ARE A BIT TO ROUND FOR YOUR OWN GOOD YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.  Do it for your kids show them that living like a fat slob is not a real life that taking care of yourself and staying healthy and fit is important don't you want to be around for your grand kids?.  Ever notice the people who have a lot of friends are thin and fit and are just more driven,  where us fat ones tend to be loners and procrastinators.  I started this journey fat and somewhat depressed as you may have noticed I'm way more driven and have lossed a good amount of weight for a month as you read my posts.

I hope you read through my posts take something to heart and renew your life and start to transform your body TODAY!

STOP KILLING YOURSELF, YOUR CHILDREN!! EAT RAW NOW! and GET OFF THE COUCH!

Now everyone knows that eating your fruits and veggies is important we have had parents professionals and guardians tell us throughout our lives to eat our veggies they will make us strong and healthy. 

However it's true too some degree they were right but in many ways most of the time we always have eaten our veggies or even fruits cooked be it fried, boiled, steamed, poached, microwaved"nuked", or some other way.  Never the less they are cooked.  Being when we were young and all we had no idea that all of the good vitamins, beneficial nutrients and other healthy properties were basically being destroyed most likely alot of adults are unaware of this. 

So now that we are older and wiser why are we still destroying the fruits and veggies we consume on a daily basis or place foods in our bodies that have shown only to increase the risk of serious illness over time ie: FAST FOOD. 

Consider this if you look at the average patrons of fast food restaurants and consumers of processed junkfoods what picture comes to mind, obese, unhealthy, sick, zit covered faces of teenagers, and the list can go on and on. 

So tell me why then are so many parents that are heavy set and unhealthy basically placing their childrens life on the line and putting them through the same ridicule of being fat later in life when they most likely have gone through a life of that crap already themselves. 

The whole convience aspect is a farce really living raw makes life even easier how hard is it to make a fruit salad for your kid or yourself hand them an orange/apple or grab some veggies rather then a chocolate bar or some other processed junk food packed with artificial crap.  Seriously everyone if you place a bowl of salad on the table or some gourmet raw food item and your eating it as well then most likely with no other option your kids/or spouse will dive in.

The only way we as parents can stop the vicious cycle of obesity in the young people today the people who are going to run this planet one day is to cut the junk from there life and increase physical activity and the amount of tv time and videogame play.  It is recommended that every child get atleast 60 minutes of physical activity everyday and for Adults 5-6 days out of the week the same amount of time if not more.  So if your a parent and your kids need this and so do you why not do it together?. 

So if you are overweight and your child is overweight who is responsible for this?.

Yes parents you are remember your a role model for your children if you lay around and munch on the junk and feed them the same junk and hit your local fast food chains on the way home because it is easier then making a wholesome meal that requires a short amount of prep time is a cop out. 

Then on average you go sit on your butt watching sports or some soap opera on tv rather then getting off your butt and doing some activity with your children or for yourself.   Your teaching them to be lazy couch potatoes and that they can eat anything they want and that it is okay to be 50-100-150+ pounds over weight and on the verge of a heart attack, diabetes, or possibly something even more serious LIKE DEATH and if you do not have kids then your just taking years of your life.   

That to be looked at by the general public in disgust or bewilderment they need to live with that, discriminated against for their size, called names, and can't play any sports without getting winded.

Do not get me wrong I lived many years of my life eating anything I wanted I was a bigger person since I was like 10yrs old and was called names and ridiculed and looked at by others as though I was not human.  I do not blame my parents I blame myself for not being more active when I was younger not watching how much I ate and yes I did frequent the fast food chains.  In the last year or so I have seen how bad everything I was consuming was for me and that eating this junk was only taking years off my life.  I realized this when I saw a new beginning for myself while researching alternative weight loss ideas on the internet other then surgery and low and behold the RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE jumped out at me.  Here was a way of life were I could eat lots if I wanted too and could still lose weight and gain some awesome health benefits along the way as well have more energy then I could ever imagine, reduce signs of aging, cleanse and detox my whole body, reduce the chance of serious illness, heal myself from skin conditions and other health problems I may been dealing with unknown to me, and also reducing chance of cancer and diabetes.  Since if were to read my other stories hear and watch videos on Youtube people have been cured from serious illness on this lifestyle choice.   I'm jogging on a treadmill at 9-10 for almost 30 minutes which 5-10minutes used to be a challenge at 7.0,   I still weigh 237lbs but a month ago prior to me becoming a 90% raw vegan I was 266lbs and miserable now I'm happier and so positive and energetic.  So in a month almost 30lbs and I have gotten a happier and better outlook on life I got absolutely no reason to complain.  

I STRONGLY ADVISE TO YOU IF YOUR HAVING WEIGHT ISSUES, TIRED OF BEING TIRED AND SAD IN YOUR LIFE AND REALLY WANT TO TRANSFORM THE PERSON YOU ARE NOW INTO A FIT AND HEALTHY MORE VIBRANT YOU RESEARCH THIS FOR YOURSELF!!!.  LIVE LONGER HAPPIER AND THINNER DOESN'T THAT SOUND GOOD TO YOU?.  You may find the conversion hard,  take your time in the transition but I recommend the first thing you do is get rid of all MEAT, FISH, DAIRY PRODUCTS, AND PROCESSED CRAP.  GO TO STORE STAY AWAY FROM MIDDLE OF MOST STORES AND GET YOURSELF SOME FRUITS AND VEGGIES ORGANIC IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT AND FIND IT.  Remember frozen fruit is fine but frozen veggies are usually blanched prior to packaging so stay away.  Also by removing the temptations you remove the options and the cravings.

Remember the old saying In Life there are Compromises. Isn't your life and well being and even the well being of your children worth some compromises and maybe a few sacrifices.  If you are too big to run around with your kids atleast go for a walk or hike with them exercise together build a stronger family unit.

   If you have a young child and you have been overweight most of your life and see that your child may be heading in the same direction.   If you had the ability and the knowledge to keep your child from receiving the ridicule and disrespect that you may have gone through as a child/teenager/ and even as an adult would you not want that for them?.  This also goes out to the skinny parents with a big kid HELP THEM!! BEFORE IT BECOMES TO LATE REMEMBER MAKE AN EXAMPLE FOR YOUR CHILDREN TO FOLLOW IF YOUR ACTIVE THEY WILL BECOME MORE ACTIVE.

Colonics and Enemas THESE PROCEDURES COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!

THERE IS ONE ASPECT TO THIS RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE AND IT MAY DISTURB MANY PEOPLE POSSIBLY EVEN OFFEND. 

THOUGH IT IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST BENEFICIAL ACTS YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF IN LIFE IS GETTING COLONICS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLY,  AND GIVING YOURSELF AN ENEMA OFTEN!!.  REMEMBER COLON CANCER IS A KILLER AND MORE AND MORE OF US MEN AND WOMAN ARE DYING YOUNG BECAUSE OF A TOXIC COLON ENVIRONMENT.  TONS OF MEAT AND OTHER JUNK THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE CLINGS AND ROTS AWAY ON THE WALLS OF YOUR COLON OR INTESTINES CAUSING INFECTIONS AND AT TIMES CANCEROUS GROWTHS/TUMOURS . 

Yes the thought of having a hose stuck up the rear is way too far fetched for many to fathom especially with it shooting water or some other liquid up into your internals.  The thought may be gross totally out of bounds or just unreasonable but isn't your quality of life worth the sacrifice?.

Look at the statistics of how colon cancer has been on a constant rise since the fast food industrY and junk food companies catapulted themselves into society over 50yrs ago.  Now consider flushing your COLON could stop you from dying a young embarassing death living with a colostomy bag because your were to embarrased to get a colonic or to give yourself an enema. 

Just imagine your sitting down eating or watching tv and you have this big chunk of dead meat from a roast you ate 3yrs prior rotting away the walls of your colon and your intestinal walls are about to burst because of a blockage.  Just think about that for a second,  now just imagine a 2-3 day water fast or green jusice fast and a colonic appointment could remove the rotting meat and some probiotics not the Activia dairy crap but just some probiotic capsules found in a health food store to bust up the blockage in your intestines and then it has a nice clean colon to pass through.

If you were to research any detox centre/hospital for cancer patients or others trying to heal themselves or just want to cleanse there bodies and who want a more natural holistic way of care the main program for most of these places is daily colonics and enemas followed by a RAW FOOD DIET.  So if naturopathic Dr's are seeing the results of living Raw and colonics why aren't the reg. Dr's.   Because your reg. run of the mill Dr's are being paid to keep pushing the pills and crap to pay the big pharmaceutical companies needless to say if the Dr's keep you sick everyone makes more money.  Very disturbing but when you think about it quite a reality. 

Look at many poor or indigenous cultures that never have seen the light of day in a Dr's office and are living a primarily raw, no junk food diet are they dying NO they are some of the oldest living cultures in the world.  So doesn't this answer the question we are killing ourselves with the cooked/processed foods we eat.

Get over Stimulants Addictions

This is going to anybody that may have issues with alcohol or caffiene addictions or other stimulant issues even your sugar/caffiene rich energy drinks.  Once you make the wise decision to change your lifestyle to a raw foods one then you must also get rid of alot of liquids as well as foods.  POP, ALCOHOL, COFFEE, REG.TEA herbals teas are fine and are quite medicinal, and refined sugar products or JUNK food, PROCESSED/PASTEURIZED FRUIT JUICES ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, NO canned goods or bottled unless they say RAW and unpasteurized, ALL ANIMAL PRODUCTS SO THAT ALSO MEANS NO ANIMAL BY-PRODUCTS EITHER UNLESS THEY ARE RAW but even that is not truly raw/  this lifestyle is basically VEGAN but to the extreme RAW VEGAN.  Living like this stimulants or anything that is damaging to the body is frowned upon therefore needs to go so you can also add SMOKING TO THIS!.  Living like this helps to recharge your body/detox/cleanse and therefore help to remove and possibly heal tissues that you may have damaged living a AN AVERAGE COOKED FOOD LIFESTYLE.

Sick of time Wasted on Diets change your Lifestyle and start LOSING!!!!

To all the men and woman who have tried time and time again trying to lose weight and lost the battle of the bulge after they stop using the special packed meals from the big corporations I have the answer.  NO it is not Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, The South Beach Diet,  or even the Atkins Diet, or the Primal Blueprint.

It actually is not a diet at all it is a complete change of lifestyle.  Now you must be thinking what are you nuts I like the way my life is.  REALLY?  Do you like the extra pounds around the mid-section and the thighs that have you going sideways through some doorways or the way people look at you in disgust or bewilderment.   I bet your saying no my life sucks now?.  IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO CHANGE EVERYTHING!!!!!

Well if you understand what I'm talking about and your tired of being tired, chronically ill and depressed and possibly on the brink of Diabetes or some other ailment because of your weight then this change is for you and you need to start taking your weight and life seriously.

I'M TALKING ABOUT THE RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE SOME CALL IT A DIET BUT IT ISN'T.

If you were to go on Youtube you'll see thousands of videos based on living like this from recipes and health related videos, to exercise and spiritual overtones.  Also many that talk about MAJOR weight loss LIKE OVER  TWO HUNDRED POUNDS IN LESS THEN 2YRS. AND CURING THEMSELVES FROM ILLNESSES SUCH AS DIABETES, KIDNEY DISEASE, AND COLON CANCER.   Check out videos from Dave the Raw Food trucker and Liferegenerator.

REMEMBER NO ONE BUT YOURSELF CAN MAKE CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE.  SO IF YOU THINK SOMEONE IS GOING TO COME DOWN AND REMOVE THE WEIGHT OFF YOUR GUT WITH A FLICK OF A MAGIC WAND OR SOMETHING STOP DREAMING.

THIS IS A HUGE CHANGE AND MANY PEOPLE SLOWLY CONVERT TO THIS LIFESTYLE.

GIVING UP MEATS, DAIRY, PROCESSED FOOD, REFINED SUGARS, AND ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN COOKED OR PASTEURIZED BEYOND THE MAGIC # OF 119 DEGREES LIKE AS IN A FOOD DEHYDRATOR.  That can be way too much for the average person.  Though if I was too tell you that you could eat tons and still lose weight detox your body, possibly heal yourself from serious illness wouldn't you atleast consider it.

I hope for the sake of yourself and your family and friends that love and cherish you you'll consider jumping at the chance to finally change your life FOREVER. 

BONUS BONUS BONUS!!!! You do not have to sign up to any weight loss program, buy special foods well except trying to buy organic fruits and veggies over general grade produce, or pay to have someone tell you  your losing weight and you look great because you'll feel it for yourself and see it. 

Isn't it time to let yourself be thin have guys or ladies flocking to your side if your single and married guys and ladies having your spouse being more attracted to you or maybe just getting back to the size you were when you got hitched or when you first met?.

I have lost almost 30lbs in the last month living this way with exercise of course that is a must for any lifestyle taking off weight needs some effort.  Alot of people have lossed weight doing minimal exercise living this way though so if exercise isn't going to work for you still start this lifestyle and just start walking LOTS.

THIS IS THE ONE I HAVE CHOSEN AND NOT LOOKING BACK ANYTIME SOON.

It's been a month mainly raw.

Well like many who have even ventured intothe raw food lifestyle the first and even the 2nd time you can still backslide.  I have learned my lessons though eat cooked food when your body has been enjoying the raw foods for awhile man do you get gut ache.  I think I willl stick with the raw foods.  I have eaten some eggs and cheese and some peanut butter over the last few weeks though I have not touched meat or fish of any kind for a month.  I just do not have the craving for it at all.  Like I mentioned before after a few days of eating raw smelling cooked foods especially meats was disgusting.  Plus eating this way is just so much cleaner for our bodies and the dishes are easy as well who wouldn't want easier dish duty.  I have been watching many videos on Youtube and you can check out my channel http:/youtube.com/user/ocbc1975 I have yet to upload a video of myself as of yet but it will be coming hopefully soon.  My channel has some of my favorites as well as one of my raw foodist mentors and motivator as well as a huge inspiration to live this way,
