Smoothie Recipe: Berry Blitz

The items needed for this are fresh or frozen mixed berries for instance black berries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, 2 RIPE bananas or one large, coconut milk be it homemade or processed some people cannot get real coconuts this time of year. spinach, some ice and some water to help it blend depending on your blender.
Amounts of each:
2cups spinach
1cup berrie mix
banana
1 cup of coconut milk/water
1-2 cups of water depending on consistency level you personally like.

Take your berries, bananas, and then spinach pour the coconut milk over ingredients or you could also just use coconut water.
Cover blender pulse a few times to get things going and then just let it
go at high speed until it is the consistency you want if using frozen fruit use some water to thin out or more coconut milk/water if it stops blending usual problem with the inexpensive blenders.

I made this for breakfast and all I can say is yummy what a power drink.  Sweet and delicious, and packed full of major nutrients, antioxidents and tons of those powerful electrolytes to keep you going throughout the day.  Really I find nothing is better at getting your day started then a green smoothie/juice or a nice plate of watermelon or some citrus.  Remember fruit=energy, veggies=healing combine the two and get the benefits of healing your cells and getting energy.

Rehydrating after sleep is crucial to getting your body up and going and just making you feel great and motivated to start your daily activities.  Add atleast a pint/liter of water on the side to this morning breakfast smoothie and you will be running laps around your co-workers.

God Bless and Best Wishes.
