3 weeks RAW!

Hello everyone:  It's been 3 weeks and wow the weight just keeps coming off I cannot believe how simply eating raw uncooked foods can make you have such a transformation.

More energized then I have ever been, sleeping like I did when I was a teenager, joint and back pain seems to have vanished.

I'm happier in life and just more excited for each and everyday, I feel more in tune to myself and my body,  can jog 3 miles on treadmill.

Have lost more then 20lbs now gone from 264lbs to 238lbs in 3 weeks.

You want amazing weight loss results and done the healthy non-surgical way CHECK OUT THE RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE and search out Dan McDonald the liferegenerator on YouTube you will not be disappointed.

God Bless Everyone.

Blending juices but you do not want the PULP!

To all who have no juicer but want a pulp free juice I have the solution just using your blender cheap one is fine and you may be thinking I'm going to say cheese cloth or a milk bag which are both awesome alternatives.  Though most of you may already have this item in your home.  If you are a coffee drinker and by chance have a reusable filter basket run your next blended green juice through this.  I would however not recommend to use it with banana based juices this idea is not for smoothies.  You will have the smoothiest silkiest juice ever.   I just did it with swiss chard and apple and water and wow.  I'm at work or I would have used my Breville Juicer.  But man was the juice smooth no pulp at all.

This can take a little time and a small spatula works well to speed the process.

Raw Tomato Burgers "Bunless"

These are extremely easy and tasty.

Take 2 tomatoes or however many you think you yourself would eat remember 2 slices per burger.

Ingredients needed.

2-3 tomatoes larger the better
1 cucumber
package of sprouts (optional)
cumin
handful of spinach leaves or substitute some fresh basil leaves.
curry powder
sea salt(optional)
black pepper-cracked fresh is best.
cayenne or chili flakes (optional)

Directions after slicing both the tomatoes and cucumber start by placing tomatoes on plate, cutting board, or platter.   Sprinkle spices all over the tomatoes add the cucumber,  and sprouts if desired and a couple of spinach leaves (or Basil) cover with another tomato and you are ready to devour.
P.S. I used alfalfa sprouts because I love them but any sprouts will do the trick if you like them that is.
Very Simple and Very Tasty.
