Chinese French Fusion Salad " Not Completely Raw"

The items you will need for this are:

Salad Ingredients:
2 cups Spinach
1/4 of small Red Cabbage
1 bunch of Cilantro
3 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Cucumber
3 stalks of celery

Dressing:
1tsp Dijon Mustard
2Tblspns Mayonnaise not Miracle Whip
2-3tsps of Soy Sauce
1tsp onion salt
Pepper for taste
water to thin the consistency

Prepare the salad fixings:
Rinse all the veggies

Place spinach in a bowl if it is a whole head just cut the leaves off and use in salad
Thin slice the cabbage either by hand or a food processor
Rough chop the top off the cilantro, then fine dice the stems do not waste loads of flavour.
1/4 the tomatoes
Large dice the cucumber
Dice the cucumber
Let these sit while you prepare the dressing

In a small bowl measure out mayonnaise, dijon mustard, soy sauce I use Kikkoman, onion salt and pepper.  Mix these together using a little water to expand as well as thin out the consistency.

Pour the dressing over the entire salad and mix together.

Like I have said I'm almost raw not completely raw.  I do sometimes use items that help make recipes simple and this is one of those times.  The dressing turned out awesome it was a creamy soy dressing with a nice kick from the dijon if I had some ripe avocadoes I would have used these in place of the mayonnaise all the store had were all hard as rocks.

God Bless.
