What Parents Can Do With Picky Kids and Raw Foods

I write this to say that anything is possible with this lifestyle and anyone can live healthy and illness free by trying this lifestyle out even young kids and teenagers.  If anything I know that many kids and even adults are picky when it comes to eating veggies and getting there greens.  One of the easiest ways of doing this is not to go buy some sugar laden processed junk like V8 splash or whatever make it yourself.  One of the simple ways to disguise your greens is make it a different color then green.  Most people love blueberries or really any type of berry unless they are allergic to them blueberries mask the color of greens by turning everything purple you can make a refreshing green laden juice just by combining this sweet and tart berrie with spinach, kale, romaine, or any green leafy veggie, add some other fruits like a banana for instance and maybe some dates for even more added sweetness or a touch of honey.  So the next time your trying to get you kids to drink something healthy make it purple.  This could also be done with frozen treats if you have a nice auger juicer by incorporating some greens to your frozen fruits.  Hope this helps blackberries also give a nice dark purple color but remember these have tough seeds I would recommend blending some with a bit of water and then putting them through a nut milk bag and then using that juice for your smoothie.
