Ingredients you will need for this concoction:
1 Mango
2 Nectarines
1tsp Cayenne Pepper
2tsp Sea Salt
2tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 Cup of water
Splash of Olive Oil
and a blender.
I used this on a Bok Choy Salad with a mixture of veggies and fruits it has become one of my favorite salad bases. Go figure when you get tired of romaine and the normal greens try something different you never know what your body will totally love since your taste buds do change when you clean out the crud from years of living on a dirty diet, and transform your life into a raw living clean food lifestyle.
