Recipe: Awesome Green Juice

The items you will need for this are:

1 bunch of collard greens or kale would also work
1 cucumber
2 apples
7 medium sized carrots
and 3/4 of stalk of celery

Now this is one for the people who have been living raw or mainly raw for awhile if it is too strong then add another apple this was however a dinner juice so I did not want it too sweet.

I have a decent juicer from my other posts I mentioned it but here it is again and if you can find one
grab it the best centrifugal juicer on the market.  I'm talking about the Breville Juice Fountain Elite.

This can also be done in a high power blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec or even a cheap one however I would recommend running everything through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth afterwards so your simply getting juice not the fiber.  The other aspect of using a blender is you will have too add water to the veggies to get stuff moving with a juicer you do not have that issue therefore your not diluting the juice.  For leafy greens and herbs I would recommend the auger style juicer like the Omega units or the Greenstar or even the old style Champions.  Though a good quality centrifugal juicer will work you will yield more juice from greens and herbs with the slower rotating auger juicers.
P.S. A decent juicer of either a auger or centrifugal should run you around 200.00+
Blenders like the Vitamix or Blendtec start around 400.00 remember these are commercial grade units that are found in juice bars and other professional establishments where a blender of great quality and warranty coverage is a must.

God Bless and Best Wishes.
